How to search issue of w.r.t Team from different project in different cloud's JIRA

i have 2 JIRAs cloud, for example - abc.atlassian.com and xyz.atlassian.com. and 2 projects - Project 1 (abc.atlassian.com) Project 2 ( xyz.atlassian.com) both have Teams naming PQR - having different ids abc.atlassian.com - Project1 - PQR (123). and for  xyz.atlassian.com - Project 2 - PQR (456).

I need a query to fetch all issues in both the projects. I am using Query like:

Project in (Project 1, (Read Only) Project 2) AND Team in (123,456)

but its giving results of Team-123 and not for 456

How to get Team of project 2 along with project1

You will need an add-on to connect issues across different Jira instances if you don't have that already.
