How to retrieve permanently deleted project in Jira?

Hi,

I accidentally deleted a project from Trash which had a lot of info on it. IS there any-chance that I could restore that project?

Only if you have taken a full backup recently (that means you've gone to admin -> backup and used the download option for a backup of everything)

You can only restore it, if you are in Jira Premium plan. In premium, there is the trash feature for deleted projects.
