Is there a way to have the email fields locked so that only certain fields are in an email notification when subscribing to issues/filters and they can't be changed by the end user?
The reason for this is that the area that Jira is being used contains sensitive data and we don't want an updated comment (that could contain sensitive information) be emailed out. We just want the ID, Date, Summary, Assignee to include the description field (without changing any of the subscription parameters).
I think it take the field saved in the filter. You have to save the filter, then add the field you want, make a change in your filter then save, revert back the query change and save.
