How to restrict the view of a comment?

I dont't find the permisson for restricting the view of a comment .

Can you please help?

Hello Antonia,

This will depend on which type of project you're working on.

• If you're using a Business (Jira Core) or Software (Jira Software) type:

On the bottom of your comment, there is a lock icon. It lets you choose your comment's visibility.

• If you're using a Service Desk (Jira Service Desk) type:

You have two buttons, one to comment internally and one to respond to customer.
