Hello Experts,
I have created few tickets and segregated those tickets queues by group, and i have created a group with some agents so that they can deal with only those tickets. And my question is i would like to restrict the agents to see only those tickets which are assigned to them. I am very new to this community may be my question is very simple to you people. Please suggest me the best easy way to proceed further.
Thanks & Regards,
Raj.
Hello @Rajkumar Deshetti
Welcome to the community.
In your case i will go with issue security level. You will be able to control which user can or cannot see an issue.

You can start by create a security level for the assignee, this will allow only the assignee to see the issue (add other project role or user group if you need).
Hope this helps
Hello Mohamed,
