How to restrict an issue to be added in multiple sprint or changed

Hello,

I'm interested if there are any solution to restrict a specific issue-type to be used only for one sprint.

I have already modified the screens for this issue-type to have "Sprint" field only in Create and View Screen and this part it's ok. But when I go to the Backlog I can drag and drop the issue to another sprint and this will change the value of the "Sprint" field.

There's no way to do this.  Issue type is nothing to do with whether something can go into a sprint.
