How to restore without any backup file JIRA cloud

I made a mistake in restoring the wrong file.
But I don't have the file for recovery.
It does not have any sort of recovery file.
I want to restore it to a date a few days before.

Please check how to restore by JIRA cloud.

Hello,

Try to ask Atlassian, if they have a backup of your site. I never asked it, but who knows maybe they create backups.

If you have not got the backup file, then there's nothing to restore from. There is nothing you can do here without the backup.
