How to restart JIRA services automatically on Windows

requirement  restart JIRA services automatically on Windows.

Team,

We have a our Jira nodes on VM. Running JIRA as services. In case a person noticed that service is down for any reason and  raised a request to restart services. Once we approve the request by that time we would like to rerestart services automatically.

So the core functionality of  our requirement is  to restart  services automatically on windows. Please advise or share any document for the same
