How to resolved this "Exception rendering velocity"

While importing the Trello application projects to the JIRA getting subjected error.

Sorry to hear you are facing this problem.

Indeed, our support team was able to identify this error in some Jira sites when importing Trello cards, so we created an internal ticket about that.

We are currently working in a fix for this problem and will let you know as soon as we have any updates about that. In case you can not wait for it, you can try to export/import your Trello cards using CSV format:

It seems like issue has been resolved now. Could you please confirm the same?

Now I am able to integrate my trello card with the JIRA account. (Not every time some times still getting the same error).

You're correct. The import from Trello should be fixed now.

For the times that the error occurs, is the same logs returned to you? Or are there any other errors?
