I want to request a comment with a mention for an issue on the Jira server using the API.
The version we are using is Jira 8.3.1
I found a page that REST API v3 is not provided by Jira server.

In other words, this API cannot be used on the Jira server.

Is there any other way to post comments on Jira issues from outside with mentions?
