I created a new Project and edited an existing workflow in the process of doing so I renamed one of the 'TO DO' status to something else, I want to revert back to rename this status to 'To Do' again but getting this following error :
A status with that name already exists, please enter a different name.
please advise how I can rename the current status back to 'TO Do' status Thanks
You will need to add the existing To Do status to your workflow and reallocate the transitions from the map in the current “renamed” status then delete the renamed status.
basically you need to replace the renamed status.
