How to remove the link Not a Member from the Dashboard login screen Jira 6.4

Hello,

We are trying to disable/remove the Not a Member link from the Dashboard login screen in order to avoid non members to send email to the JIRA administrators

We were trying to edit the login.xml & login.soy for both the dashboard folder and the main folder but it only disable it on the main login screen.

We tried to find a solution/answer over the internet with no luck, can someone please assist ?

The dashboard login is actually a gadget, so it's bundled up into a "system" add-on.  You'd need to upack that, hack the templates and rebuild it.  Possible, but ugly, and a lot of effort.  I'd take a look at why people feel the need to click "not a member" first.
