How to remove the Re CAPTCHA option when user signup into Jira service management Portal?

Hi,

We are using Jira cloud premium. When we are sign up into Jira service management portal, it is asking the re captcha option, it is asking again and again repeatedly (not ended). This issue is facing from 5 days only. Please give the any suggestion to solve this.

I don't believe this is possible at this stage, although there is a feature request for it - check out JSDCLOUD-8217 

This answer also provides an explanation on how this works (albeit from 2021)...

On Jira Service Management Cloud, currently, it's not possible to enable or disable Captcha for issues created on a login-free portal.

The portal uses Google's invisible captcha, so if Google checks that the email account is not a bot, it will not show the captcha.

However, if you'd like to ask for an exemption, you could contact Atlassian Support, and see what they say?
