How to remove "About Jira" from footer from Jira login page

Do you know if it possible to remove about Jira from footer login page.

Any instructions, documentations?

You can, by editing the velocity template that draws the footer.

However, you must not remove all of it - your licence includes a clause stating that your footer must contain attribution to Atlassian for your system.  See https://www.atlassian.com/legal/software-license-agreement and (at the time of writing this answer), section 3.6
