Dear all,

I am pretty sure there are a lot of people who encounter the same issue that I have.

Actually I am running different type of Automation rule where I am updating a Jira issue fields.

The main problem is that the rule is executing successfully, but user complains that they can see changes only after pressing F5 on the browser to force a page refresh which is annoying.

Is there a way that the page gets refreshed automatically after the rules gets executed ?

Thanks for help

regards

On the trigger, if you select "Execute this rule immediately when the rule is triggered, instead of in the background"  is seems to update the fields on the screen immediately for me. I'm not sure if this a true "refresh" or not, so you may not get the same effects as a true refresh load. And they have a big warning label when using the option so be cautious if you have a lot of automations that can be triggered at once.

As far as I can tell this is not possible out of the box. Please see this issue for details. One user says that the Optomize app might be useful in that it lets users know about updates to their tickets.
