How to reflect Attachments added to JIRA ticket at sub task level

Hi,

Could some one help to understand how we can configure such that attachments added to main JIRA ticket can be shown in sub task as well. 

At the time of sub task creation these attachments can be reflected but after subtask is created and when we are adding any attachments to main JIRA ticket they are not reflect in subtask. 

Please can I have any guidance on this.

Are your subtasks created manually or automatically using a workflow post-function?
