How to read "Email" from an Insight Object and use it to write an email (with automation for jira)

I am using jira datacenter and insight. I have an insight object that reports two values (attributes) as you see in the attached image. I would like to make automation for jira read the email and send an email. since I discovered to my cost and with great disappointment that insight doesn't integrate at all with automation, although the two products are from Atlassian, then I thought maybe I can solve it using a custom field where I write only the email? But I do not know how to solve, as you see. Does anyone have this problem? How did you solve it?
