I got an email from Jira that my account will be deactivated. Can someone please guide me how to reactivate this. I am using a free account and do not see any way to raise a ticket/ reach support team. (though I keep frequently logging into my account, still I got this email). Appreciate an early help.
Hi, @Rahul Bhansali
Atlassian may deactivate Free subscriptions after 120 days of inactivity. As that deadline nears, Organization and Site Admins receive warning emails.
If your site was deactivated recently, you might still be able to restore it using the reactivation steps here: Reactivate a subscription
However, if the reactivation window has closed, your data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Note: This applies only to Free plans deactivated for inactivity. Paid plans (Standard/Premium) deactivated due to payment issues also trigger email alerts to Billing Contacts.
We in the community can’t restore access, but Atlassian’s billing support team can help.
Hello, welcome to Atlassian Community :) As mentioned by @Prachi Bolar , a support ticket has been created and engineer will reach out to you and assist you on the same.
Thank you
