How to query tickets from an specific board?

Hi!

Please, check my doubt:

In JIRA Cloud we have a big project with several EPICs for many teams working in it.

We built a single Board for a 3rd party company with tickets associated with one EPIC.

Now I want to export such board to "play" with the data in a Excel file.

But, I cannot find a way to clear make it.

In the snapshot the pictures I have are:
1 - 58 tickets in the board , when looking to the backlog feature.
2 - 50 tickets in the board, when looking to the "List" feature.
3 - 61 tickets, when I query them (JQL), based in the associated EPIC.

How to export only & exactly the tickets from this board, no mater it's status nor type?

THX!

Hello @Nelson Loia Jr_

Based on what I've observed, and without seeing your board configuration,

Screenshot 1 : your sprint backlog is showing all tickets whose statuses are not in the rightmost column of your board (the "Done" column).

In the second photo, only tickets from your Aurora project are shown (I assume your epic XXX-195 is linked to tickets in other projects).

In the third photo, all tickets linked to epic 195 are shown, including those that are finished. (3 tickets )

Normally, if a ticket is finished, it won't appear in the backlog. So, if you need to export all tickets linked to this epic, extracting them using your JQL query (3st screenshot)  is the way to get all of them.

Hope this can help
