How to provide a URL for the linked issue in the original issue as a comments

I need to clone all tickets in project A to project B.

To make sure reporter know clearly know where to track the new ticket in project B, I would like to provide some comments in project A under the original tickets.

How can I provide the url of the new issue cloned in Project B under the original ticket as a comment? What smart value should I use?
