Seems we're running into an issue where when an agent provides a link to an external customer via the ticket comments, when the customer gets the email the link provided is duplicated with a pipe symbol " | " splitting them apart.
How can we configure our projects so this behavior does not occur?
I've attached an image that shows the behavior, it seems that the link in brackets is duplicated and causes issues for our customers by having it this way.
Also as a side note. I think your "views" counter is bugged. It increments by 1 when the same logged in user refreshes the page. I would imagine you'd only want to track unique views across users, not how many times the same user refreshed a page.
