My issue is that every time I set a label for a ticket, I go to set time tracking on it, after I save the new time tracking the label is removed from the ticket and I have to add it again every time I update time tracking.
How can I make sure that label is not removed after updating time tracking?

Can you check if you don't have an automation rule that delete the label.
