How to populate the fields from a plugin when creating a ticket in JIRA

Hi All,

Create a plugin which is considered to have some set of Global Configuration. I was able to create a sample plugin and was able to see the plugin in add-ons page.This plugin contain 2 text field and a drop down (say for example).

Here is my requirement.

The Global configuration done is to be expected or viewed in every projects or should be viewed in any of the issues i created or edit (irrespective of projects ) . For example when we create a issue/ticket we see fields like "Description", "Labels" etc.Like wise i want to see the configuration details from my plugin in the same page.

I do hope my requirement is clear.Please don't hesitate to ask any query at any point of time.

I had done some searching and was not able to see any valuable suggestion / input.
