Hi,
I want to populate a customer field named RCA (Root cause analysis) when the Jira issue status is marked or changed to "Closed" or "Done" or "Not a defect"
This custom field should be mandatory to fill during status workflow transition as mentioned above.
Please suggest how to achieve this.
It is not possible with native Jira Cloud features, even Atlassian suggests using this app :

You should place a Required Field validator on the transition to each of those statuses.
