Hello, newbie here. We have multiple SW products. In Jira they are configured as separate Projects. But - real customer projects involve using more products, and I would like to find any hint how to plan and track these projects over multiple product teams (Jira Projects), including capacities. Any tip will be really appreciated.

Hey Jana

you can for example have boards that show issues across multiple projects to for example track epics from multiple projects in one place. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/How-to-manage-multiple-projects-in-a-single-board-under-new-JIRA/qaq-p/661120

You could also use Dashboards How to create a Jira Dashboard for multiple projects with ...YouTube · DEISER3 minutes, 18 secondsSep 9, 2021

If you need more - you can use 3rd party things like https://wiki.almworks.com/documentation/strcloud/multi-project-overview-preset-118655237.html
