Hi Guys
I want to now How to pick up/import my Jira calls and put them in a Jira project, in a kanban model.
Jira issues all live in a project already, so just creating them puts them into one. A Kanban board is a way to look at issues.
That sort of means everything in your question is answered, as "create issue" "picks up" a "call" and puts it into a project which you can then look at via a Kanban board.
But I think there's more to your question than that. I do not know what though. Could you expand on "pick up/import my jira calls"?
Hi Nic!
sorry for the confusion, my english is not good, i could not express myself properly.
So, in the company i work, we use Jira to meet the calls help desk. These calls stand on a long list of calls, which I and my colleagues use to meet these calls.
I would like to know how I can catch these calls and put them in a kind of kanban, or in my personal space of the jira.

Ok, you're not telling us how these calls are coming in, so I can't tell you much more than "create an issue for each call, and define a board that includes all the calls so you can track them on it"
