How to perform a full synchronization to BitBucket

There is a confluence page available here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/synchronize-an-account-776830278.html that specifies how to perform a full synchronization. It appears to be out of date and no longer reflects the current content of the DVCS Accounts page. Does anyone know how to perform a full synchronization in the new UI?

Hi Jonathon,

Thanks for reporting this.  I took a closer look at my own Jira Cloud site and I found that I could not do this either.  A lot appears to have changed since this document was first created.  In my own Jira Cloud site today, linked with a bitbucket cloud site, I don't even see the last activity section much less the icon that document references to force a manual sync.  As such I suspect that this specific DVCS feature has been altered at some point since this document was last updated.

I have created a pair of internal documentation update requests (one for Jira Software team, and another for the Bitbucket team).   This should at least serve to clarify our own documentation and help keep it up to date.

Sorry to report that there does not appear to be any way for you to manually force a sync between Jira Cloud and Bitbucket Cloud today.
