e.g. https://MyCompany.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/16
When tickets are created in Jira, the customer/organization and company fields are blank. We'd like to automatically fill those in by passing in some parameters that would fill those in.
Can someone point me in the right direction to the API documents on how I can accomplish this goal?
