How to overcome the problem of sprints displayed per team in an advanced roadmap plan?

Hi.

While trying to see sprints per team in the plan (common sprints for all teams), I get a very long white area that remains stable when I scroll down, preventing us from using the tool.

The problem disappears when I disable the "Show capacity on timeline" checkbox, but we can not see which epic/task belongs to which sprint.

Hi @Noam Castel and welcome to the Community!

I have seen this behaviour before and - if I remember it well - this is because somewhere on the timeline (probably in the past), there is a number of parallel sprints in your plan (I mean starting and ending within the same date range). These sprints are then displayed below one another, which creates this seemingly useless white space.

Scroll to the left on your timeline and see if you can find these old sprints. And then check if you can somehow eliminate them from your plan.

If that does not help, you can add the sprint field to the fields section to show sprint information in your second view. Or select group by sprint from the view settings button to see sprint assignment. Those two workarounds will not let you see sprint capacity, though.

Hope this helps!

I could not find this neither in the past nor in the future timeline

Thanks again, I know these options, but this is just our usecase. Being able to see the sprints per team or project as part of the timeline is essential for us.
