How to order Epic swimlanes in next-gen project?

The order of Epic swimlanes on a next-gen project Board does not seem to align with any priority or sorting that I can discern.  How can the Epics be ordered by their priority on the Roadmap?

Hello Sean,

Indeed, the default behavior of the backlog view (Including Swimlanes) of next-gen Epics is to return Epics based on their IDS, as mentioned in this feature request created to change this behavior:

Currently, on Next-gen Projects, the list of Epics on the Backlog view are sorted based on their IDs.

Meanwhile, Epics are sorted based on priority in the Roadmap view. Because of these 2 different factors, Epics on the Backlog view aren't sorted according to what is shown in the Roadmap which creates confusion.
