How to optimize automation rule

Hello,

I have an automation rule that usually takes around 15 seconds to complete, but sometimes it takes up to 35 seconds. I was wondering if there is any way to optimize this automation. The rule is quite simple and could be executed by another rule.

Hi @Jan Ambroz -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Please post an image of the audit log details showing the rule execution of those long durations.  Also please post the audit rule with the details collapsed, showing several executions over time to allow comparing the durations.  Finally, post an image of the edit issue fields action.

Those may provide context for what you are observing.
