How to move existing projects from jira 6.4 (OpenJDK) to jira 7.4 software?

My old jira is 6.4 and has 9 not big project. I want to move projects to new versions on my server. Unfortunately I can not do that.

You will need to upgrade your 6.4 to 7.4 (or upgrade a copy of it), then export the whole thing, and then use project import to draw the issues into the target.
