We have to move some tickets from scrum board to Kanban board to track them separately.  I am not getting any option to move the boards

Hi @XSEED Tech , welcome to the community.

To be clear, issues do not belong to the boards, but rather they belong to projects. Boards simply display specific issues based on the underlying filter query that defines the board. Armed with that information, if you wish for an issue to no longer appear on a board, then you need to ensure the filter somehow excludes that issue. an example of this would be to use a label - ...AND labels != "belongs-on-Kanban". Hopefully this makes sense and helps you think about how you want to approach your problem. If you do need further assistance, please provide as much detail as possible about your used case and the conditions under which she want an issue to appear on one board versus another.

Hi @XSEED Tech and welcome to the Community!

Tickets (issues) are not stored in boards, they are stored in projects instead. If the projects your issues are in are company managed, then you can simply update the board filter behind your boards to make these issues visible (you can locate the board filter in board settings > general).

If your projects are team managed (and they are indeed separate projects), you would have to move the issues from one project into the other.

There are some assumptions in my above explanation. So if you do not immediately see what I mean, some more explanation about your process (do you already have a scrum and a kanban board, where are the issues for each board coming from, ...) would be very helpful to give a more specific answer.

Hope this helps!
