How to move Blocked status from to reopen status in jira workflow

I am unable to move Blocked status from to reopen status add transaction in Jira workflow

Do you not see the status? Or are you getting a message that you are not allowed to move it?

Check the workflow for any validators or condistions on the transition between the two statuses.
