How to migrating the configuration from Jira dev to Jira Certification instance

I'm making a configuration in development instance:

• new issue types
• new personalize fields

I need to migrated this configuration in certificaction instance.

How to migrated this configuration with out making manually ?

I am sorry, but you will need to do this manually, or get one of the apps that transfers config.

Free, no.

I'd look at "configuration manager" and "project configurator" (in the interests of appearing biased or trying to do advertising, I want to be open about the second one - it is a product from my employer)
