Hi guys,
We have our project under company's account, now we are moving on and we want to have our project under our own new account at Jira. How we should export all information of our project (tickets, screenshots, some users) to our new account?

Your help is appreciated.

so there isn't a means of exporting/importing individual projects. You can perform a backup of the instance and then restore elsewhere but expect that isn't desired here. Other options:

  • just export all issues from the project into CSV and use to import into new instance.
  • take screenshots of workflows, copy filters, dashboards, etc so you can reconstruct.
