How to migrate dashboards from Cloud to Cloud

Hello all, I have recently migrated over 60 projects for a customer to a consolidated Jira site and the dashboards did not move over. 

I'm reading everywhere that dashboards can be migrated but there is zero instructions on how for cloud to cloud. 

THIS IS NOT DC/SERVER TO CLOUD. "dark features" does not work. 

I am strictly asking for Cloud to Cloud. 

From what I've read I see I need to do a Jira backup and export and import the CSV .zips individually? 

Can anyone provide me with a little more insight or is there an easier way to accomplish this task?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Where have you read that Dashboards can be copied in Cloud-to-Cloud migrations? Can you provide links to any references you have found?

Per the documentation, Dashboards are not included in the Copy Data feature that can be used to move Jira projects from one Cloud instance to another.
