How to migrate Sever configuration without Project data?

Would like to clone Configuration and workflow of JIRA from our affiliated company,Project data is confidential so could not supply ,is there any one-click method to export just the configuration and workflow from the JIRA  then we could just created the account and start the work with the same configuration.

Welcome to Atlassian Community !

Out of the box we cannot just export and import the jira configurations. But there is a third party add-on which allows to export/import configurations only.

The plugin offers two options , one is to export only the project configurations and other one is export project data and configurations.
