How to measure Sprint Commitment, Sprint Completeness & Scope Creep

Hi community!

I'm working on JIRA Dashboards to be able to visualize different points and aspects of our different teams.

Right now I feel a bit stucked on this one "How to measure Sprint Commitment, Sprint Completeness & Scope Creep".

I know that there are JIRA Reports like the Burn Up Chart which I find pretty visual, that currently shows all this information.

The issue here is that I've to manually add the values into an spreadsheet so that I can see an Sprint by Sprint evolution.

Is there any way, no matter if a plugin is needed or not to visualize all this information in a JIRA Dashboard? I'd like to have more agency on which type of dashboards and information I can display right there so that each team can have a single report.

What you actually need is a team velocity chart that displays all these number of you. Unfortunately Jira does not offer a velocity gadget.

I did a search for possible apps in the Atlassian Marketplace. Here's the search I used:

It looks like there are a few that could help you. I don't have experience with any of them so I don't have a specific recommendation for you.
