How to map status on a Kanban board with a filter?

Jorge Llanos
April 14, 2023

I'm working on adding a column to my Kanban board, I was able to assign a state to this column, but now I want to map a filter with that state and I can't, the column always appears empty.

Hello @Jorge Llanos

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

The issues that will be shown in your board are based on the Filter Query used by the board. You'll find that under the Board Settings > General tab (1). If you need to modify that filter so that it will include issues that are in that status, click on Edit Filter Query (2). You'll only be able to edit the filter if you are the owner of the filter.
