How to manage navigation menus and menu items.

Hi all,

I am using Jira Cloud.

There are various menu options that I don't want users to have access to. For example:

• Top navigation menu
  • Plans, Teams, Apps, Lefthand Menu dropdown (square dots icon), Project settings, etc.  
  • Projects (Included Free with Your Plan, Create Project)
  • Dashboards (Create Dashboard)
  • Teams(Create a Team)
• Lefthand Sidebar
  • Projects (Create Project)

How can I remove, hide, prevent access to these features... or any feature that users should not have access to?

Is there an easy answer?

I do not believe we can limit these yet on cloud.  On server we could but so far this has not been granted to us on cloud.

Thak you Laura.  My concern is having options displayed even if they are not available to users.  Users have a bad habit of clicking through options and then complaining bitterly to their administrator that expected features don't work whether entitled to view such features or not.  

I'll spend more time on permissions and see how they work to hide such menu items.
