How to manage AddOn permissions?

Hello everybody,

i cant find a way, to give a ceratin user or group, access to an addon. Everybody seems to be able to use all installed addons, but is there a way give some user or a group access to manage them?

In my case, we've installed "Easy Templates for JIRA", i would like to give some people access to edit those templates. There for you need to have access to the addon. But i cant find anyway to configure this kind of permission.

Can someone help me out?
