How to make work packages in jira?  A project tree of high level requirements broken down further to tasks.  Would like 5 levels or more, not just epic/task/subtask

Have a look at

• Portfolio for Jira, which gives you layers above epic
• Structure, which allows nesting above and below (but be aware that it can get messy if you add too many)
• Big Picture, which tries to give you the reporting you want without kludging your processes
• Tempo for the planning and reporting without more layers
