I would like to make visible Jira issues from different projects, that appears in boards of a single project in basic Timeline. Is it possible by Jira basic Timeline function?
No, the basic Timeline is for a single project only. You can use Plans (formerly Advanced Roadmaps) to do what you want, but you will need a Premium Jira subscription.
