How to make the restriction to add some types of file attachments?

Hello!

Does anyone know how to make the restriction to add/delete some types of files on jira-issue?

For example, I need to make sure that users can not add/delete attachments with the extension "mdb" (filename extension ) in some statuses of issues.

I think you need to work with plugin development for this with the Servlet Filter Module or you can use Attachment Checker for Jira add-on.
