How to make taks show up on Gantt chart ?

Hi ,Jira community 

I have a question about Gantt chart.

I want some tickets that I made to show up on the Gantt chart.

Another jira we are using show the tickets on Gantt chart when I fill in certain epic link or label but this jira doesn't display tickets that I created.

Do you have any ideas to solve this ?

Can you provide more details about your example:

• what type of project are your tickets in? Is it company managed or team managed? Is it a business project or a software project? Click the ... next to your project's name in the left side navigation. The project type should be displayed in the popup menu that appears there.
• what type of tickets are you trying to display? Are they epics? tasks / stories? Sub-tasks? Something else?
• if your tickets are tasks or stories, are they connected to a parent epic?
