How to make sub-task field editable depending on the parent issue ?

Hello Team,

Problem statement:

We have one parent issue and its child issue, so the requirement is such that the field in child issue should be editable by one particular group when one specific field of the parent issue is null.

And all this is happening on one particular status (which is same for the parent as well as child). So I have to put a check for this particular status as well.

Currently, the target field is present on edit screen in child issue but that particular target group is not able to edit this field.

Can this be possible through Behaviors ? If Yes, then how ?
