How to make my account unmanaged

AMS MMG
August 18, 2020

Hello community,

my email address seems to be managed in confluence and jira by someone i don't know. Jira and Confluence are connected to wealthcap.atlassian.net. I have no idea who this is. And if I want to change the settings I get the following message :
You do not have access to Jira settings or the Atlassian administration; contact your Jira administrator to get access.

An email to the administrator seems to bring no change. The last changes in Jira are from 2015; how can I delete this connection in confluence and jira?

Thanks for every tip
AMS

Hi @AMS MMG

It's connected to your domain suffix of your email. you can reach out to support.atlassian.com so they can help contact the Admin of the domain (if you do not know) which you're apparently using for your email address, if you own the Organization the domain is linked to (that would help you better). However this will not unlink the connection, unless the domain is unclaimed from the Organization Admin console (if you own it or have access as an Org Admin).

Hi @Prince Nyeche - ELFAPP
Thank you for the suggestion. I have now opened a ticket and hope the support can do something about it.

Thanks a lot and have a good day!
