How to make form public to collect data

Hi team, in jira software forms it is asking for mandatory signup for user to submit the data in form. But in jira service forms are public . 

Is there any way to make the forms public in jira software as well?

Hi @Naggappan Rm and welcome!

I assume you're talking about the forms in Jira Work Management. These forms can't be made public, the users need at least a Jira license and access to your instance.

A possible alternative are issue collectors, which are available in company-managed projects.
