How to make fields of type Relativity ( Relativity-Hierarchical issue Structures plugin) Read-Only on any screen in JIRA ?

Unless the plugin allows it, JIRA doesn't have a flag for read only fields. The only way is to set it on a transition screen or programmatically and only place it on the view screen.
